Objectives: There is limited research on the potential future psychiatric effects of in utero COVID-19 infection. evidence that infection can lead to obstetric complications and adverse neonatal outcomes. Obstetric neurodevelopmental insults such as viral infections have been implicated development some mental disorders including schizophrenia (SZ). The aim was address possible mechanisms influences related could increase risk illness future. 
 Methods: Searches were conducted databases PubMed, Embase, PsycINFO for studies involving pregnancy, complications, complications. Additionally, any external information outside these search terms sourced from databases. Results: Several found significantly higher incidences preterm delivery cesarean section associated with maternal Other noted birth outcomes included fetal distress, stillbirth, low weight, asphyxia, pre-eclampsia. These tend occur third trimester, a crucial period neurodevelopment. there occurrences vertical transmission COVID-19.
